Jinxes

  • Plague Doctor Boomdandy

    If the Storyteller would gain the Boomdandy ability, a player becomes the Boomdandy.

  • Plague Doctor Scarlet Woman

    If the Storyteller would gain the Scarlet Woman ability, a Minion gains it, and learns this.

  • Boffin Cult Leader

    If the Demon has the Cult Leader ability, they can’t turn good due to this ability.

  • Boffin Drunk

    The Demon cannot have the Drunk ability.


Night Order

First Night

    Check that all eyes are closed. Some Travellers, Fabled, & Loric act.

  • Lord of Typhon

    Wake the Lord of Typhon's neighbors. Show the YOU ARE and Minion tokens & give a thumbs-down.

  • Boffin

    Wake the Boffin and the Demon. Show the THIS CHARACTER SELECTED YOU & Boffin tokens, then the not-in-play good character token.

  • Minion Info

    Minion Info

    If there are 7 or more players, wake all Minions: Show the THIS IS THE DEMON token. Point to the demon.

  • Demon Info

    If there are 7 or more players, wake the Demon: Show the THESE ARE YOUR MINIONS token. Point to all Minions. Show the THESE CHARACTERS ARE NOT IN PLAY token. Show 3 not-in-play good character tokens.

  • Organ Grinder

    The Organ Grinder either nods their head yes to be drunk, or shakes their head no to be sober. Organ Grinder

  • Amnesiac

    Do whatever needs to be done to satisfy the Amnesiac's ability.

  • Washerwoman

    Show the Townsfolk character token. Point to both the TOWNSFOLK and WRONG players.

  • Librarian

    Show the Outsider character token. Point to both the OUTSIDER and WRONG players.

  • Dreamer

    The Dreamer points to a player. Show 1 good & 1 evil character token, 1 of which is their character.

  • Seamstress

    The Seamstress might choose 2 players. Nod or shake your head. Seamstress

  • Knight

    Point to the 2 players marked KNOW.

  • Noble

    Point to the 3 players marked KNOW.

  • Balloonist

    Point to any player. Balloonist

  • Cult Leader

    The Cult Leader might change alignment. If so, show the YOU ARE info token & give a thumb signal.

  • High Priestess

    Point to a player.

    Wait a few seconds. Call for eyes open.

  • Vigormortis

    The Vigormortis chooses a player. Vigormortis If that player is a Minion, poison a neighboring Townsfolk. Vigormortis Vigormortis

  • Ojo

    The Ojo chooses a character. Ojo

  • Hatter

    If the Hatter died, wake the Minions & Demons. Each may choose a new character. If they do, show the YOU ARE token & their new character token.

  • Sweetheart

    If the Sweetheart died, a player became drunk immediately. If you haven't done this yet, do so now. Sweetheart

  • Plague Doctor

    If the Plague Doctor died, the Storyteller gained a Minion ability. If you haven’t done this yet, do so now. Plague Doctor

  • Banshee

    If the Banshee was killed by the Demon tonight, announce that the Banshee has died. Banshee

  • Amnesiac

    Do whatever needs to be done to satisfy the Amnesiac's ability.

  • Farmer

    If the Farmer died tonight, wake a living good player. Show the YOU ARE info token and a Farmer token.

  • Dreamer

    The Dreamer points to a player. Show 1 good & 1 evil character token, 1 of which is their character.

  • Seamstress

    The Seamstress might choose 2 players. Nod or shake your head. Seamstress

  • Balloonist

    Point to a player with a different character type to the previously shown player. Balloonist

  • Cult Leader

    The Cult Leader might change alignment. If so, show the YOU ARE info token & give a thumb signal.
